About BotInfo

BotInfo is an independent robotics lead-intelligence company. We find organisations that are about to buy robots, check the public evidence, and introduce each one to a dealer who can quote and deliver.

What we do

Universities, colleges and research institutes rarely announce a robot purchase until it’s under way. The signs show up earlier, in public: a funded equipment grant, a tender or market consultation, a new lab. We read those records and confirm what the buyer needs, what money is behind it and when it lands. Then we pass the opportunity to one dealer partner for that brand and country. The dealer quotes, supplies and supports the robot.

How a lead moves

Signal. A public record, such as a grant award, tender notice or facility announcement, points to a robotics purchase.

Check. We confirm funding, timing and the models in scope from the source documents.

Match. Each lead goes to one partner at a time, chosen by brand and country, so a buyer is never shopped around competing dealers. If that partner can’t quote, we re-route. We describe the opportunity anonymously first. We name the buyer only once the partner confirms it doesn’t already hold the account.

Close. The partner quotes and closes. If a sale follows, the partner pays us a referral fee.

How we make money

BotInfo earns referral fees from dealer partners. That means a share of any sale that follows one of our introductions, plus affiliate commission when a reader buys through a link on our site. Buyers never pay us anything.

Buyer names stay private. We never publish who is buying. The lead examples on this site are anonymised.
Prices carry dates. The prices we show are re-read from dealer listings and dated with the last check. When we can’t verify a figure, we take it down.

BotInfo is run by Didier, with software that monitors public records and re-checks prices daily.

Market data

We track prices and availability for humanoid robots, robot dogs and other advanced robots. The newest checks appear in our live price feed. The same data is available in machine-readable form for software and AI assistants.
